Spencer Marr, President

After practicing law for 5 years in New York City, Spencer shifted his sights to renewable energy public policy, educating policymakers and the business community on the value of microgrids. In 2017, while working under a Federal grant, Spencer had a revelation. What if high-density computing environments like Bitcoin mining could catalyze a mass migration to a clean, distributed energy future? Just a few weeks later, Sangha Systems was founded.

Mihir Bhangley, Director of Strategy

Mihir has spent his career in turn-around and new venture businesses. Mihir has turned around a failing non-profit, launched a jewelry manufacturing brand, and found success in real estate tech. Mihir recognized the potential of Sangha Systems in 2018 when he chose to dedicate his expertise in operation and growth strategy to the company’s numerous ventures. He holds an MBA and MA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Colin Peirce, Director of Project Development

Colin is an engineer and project manager with eleven years of experience consulting for federal and state environmental agencies. He has managed environmental projects involving multidisciplinary teams across several industries.

Kishan Sutariya, Director of Technology

Kishan is an experienced electronics manufacturer and has been a bitcoin miner since 2012. He evaluates the latest hardware, infrastructure, and software solutions to optimize and manage ASIC deployments.

Ken Kramer, Director of Finance

With over 30 years of financial management experience under his belt, Ken is yet another doer on the roster having also launched businesses in equipment financing and valuation consulting. He is a graduate of Cornell Engineering and also Columbia Business School.
